This place has been around for a year or two and it's my wife's favorite pizza. Vinny is the son of Cosmo Caggese, former owner of Cosmo's Pizza in Southern Shores and Corolla. Vinny's parents currently own Josephine's Sicilian Kitchen, which is just a few doors down from Vinny's. It's safe to say these people know a few things about food. Specifically, Italian food.
Last week we ordered the Lasagna pizza and the Tree Hugger. Both were great. These pizzas are hand-tossed, New York style pies using great ingredients and generous toppings.
