This Is Probably Why Nobody Rents Jet-skis On The Niagara River
As a highly experienced jet-skier and someone who has personally seen Niagara Falls, this was a highly questionable decision.
I Wonder If This Guy Reeked Of Pumpkin Spice?
On the subject of watersports, here's a slightly safer activity. It should be noted that the river did most of the work. Also, had this been attempted in North Carolina he never would have stood a chance. Wildlife officers would have pulled him over, checked his boat registration, and demanded to see his fire extinguisher.
What I'm Not Watching
The Leopard Man
After a Leopard used in a nightclub act escapes, murders ensue.
Favorite quote from the trailer:
"We're not going to catch a train, darling, we're going to catch a murderer."
Ensuing line that did not make the final cut:

The Lost Colony and Hatteras Island
The Southern Shores Boat Club had a great, guest speaker at their October GAM. Scott Dawson is a local historian and amateur archeologist who has stacked up the evidence that the "Lost Colony" was not lost. His talk was both entertaining and informational. You might call it "infotaining".
Tech Device I Can't Live Without
Several years ago a computer tech got me hooked on Anker products. My favorite device is the car charger you can plug in to your auxiliary power outlet (formerly known as the cigarette lighter).
